The closed cold channel system module of BOCHEV data center realizes green energy saving through closed cold channel, which is an effective way to solve the cooling problem of high heat density cabinet in the data center.Under the premise of the same refrigeration effect, compared with the traditional open cold and hot channel, the air supply volume of indoor air conditioning fan in the closed cold channel is 60% of the traditional open air, which means that the power consumption in the closed cold channel is 60% of the traditional open air, which can achieve energy saving of more than 40%.

 

Characteristics of closed cold channel module system:

BOCHEV modular data center is designed with all-around modules. Adjacent cabinets do not need to be combined. The seamless integration of components ensures airflow tightness.

Realize the closure of the cold channel, so that the air conditioning is closed in a very small area, the air conditioning does not leak to other areas, avoid mixing with the hot gas flow, is conducive to solving the local hot spot problems, improve the utilization rate of the cooling capacity.

Regulate air distribution in data center to optimize air conditioning effect.It is beneficial to balance the air distribution and reduce the cost of humidification and dehumidification.

The top skylight partition and the passageway closed sliding door can realize the fire linkage, and has the function of manual forced opening and closing.

The closed sliding door of the passage and the partition of the top skylight are tempered glass or flame retardant PET, and the prefabricated lighting module of the partition of the top skylight compensates for the illumination in the cold passage.
